    Hi,

    I’ve recorded some sessions and uploaded them. However, they are not processing on the website so the videos are not available for viewing on the website or for sharing.

    Oddly, two out of about 10 videos have processed and are viewable correctly. However, all the others have this message:

    Upload Complete. Website Initiating Processing 100.%

    It’s been like that for 10 days. I re-uploaded the sessions but still not processing.

    I’ve emailed the support email trackattacksupport@9104studios.com two times with no response. I guess the creator is fine taking my money but not making sure the app works or providing any support.

    Why provide an email if you’re not going to answer it. Freaking frustrating and very lame.

    Any help here is very much appreciated!
